How to Steep it
This is the perfect tea for when you need something sweet but don't want to consume the calories. To enjoy it hot place two teaspoons of loose leaf tea into your steeper for every 12 oz. (350 ml) of water. Let it steep in 100 degrees C (212 F) water for 3-5 minutes.
For a winter treat, prepare Nutcracker hot, add some honey, and pour over a frothed steamed milk of your choice.
This tea also makes for a delicious cold tea. To enjoy it cold, add 3 teaspoons of loose leaf tea for 9 oz. (263 ml) of water into your steeper. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes in 100 degrees C (212 F) water. Add any sweeteners like honey or sugar while it's hot. Once your tea is steeped, pour it over ice and enjoy!
