Rinomato L'Aperitivo Deciso 1 L is a bittersweet Italian aperitivo liqueur from the Asti area of Piedmont. The producer blends bitter orange peel with botanicals including peppermint, gentian, chiretta, cinchona bark and vanilla. Its candied-orange color complements the botanical bitterness. This offering is one 1 L glass bottle, not the six-bottle wholesale case.
Rinomato describes rich orange-peel aromas joined by vanilla, gentian root, cinchona bark and wormwood. Initial sweetness leads into a long, intensifying bitter finish, balanced by texture and spice. The technical sheet also lists mandarin, turmeric root, clove, licorice and berries among the botanicals. These details give the aperitivo its layered citrus, aromatic and herbal character without masking the bitterness that defines the expression.
For a producer-suggested Spritz Deciso, combine the aperitivo with dry vermouth and tonic over ice, finished with a grapefruit twist. Rinomato also suggests long drinks with tonic, grapefruit soda or ginger ale, as well as sparkling-wine spritzes. Use it where a bitter orange liqueur suits the drink. The sale unit remains one 1 L bottle at 14% ABV (28 proof).
