Privada Storytelling
The Bucket is back, and it’s bigger than ever. One of the most viral cigars in Privada history, the original Bucket shocked the world when it started fetching $450 for a ten-pack on the grey market. That hype became legend, and the requests for a return have been nonstop ever since. Now, Privada delivers—this time through our new collaboration with AJ Fernandez at the Tabacalera Privada Annex in downtown Estelí, Nicaragua.
The Privada Bucket 8 Count isn’t just a revival—it’s a reinvention. This blend is light years ahead of its predecessors, marrying nostalgia with innovation. Just as fried chicken brings people together at the table, the Bucket unites community, flavor, and pure indulgence in cigar form. Think of it as a playful nod to comfort food, reimagined with the craftsmanship of one of the world’s greatest blenders.
Flavor Journey
-
First Third: Red pepper and cedar light up the palate, joined by charred wood, rosemary, ginger, and tamarind. Creamy smoke builds, while the retrohale delivers ginger spice and a slight lemon twist. A surprising sweetness lingers, with hints of birch beer and cinnamon sticks adding intrigue.
-
Second Third: Orange cream notes emerge, balanced by cedar, red pepper, horseradish, and a touch of fried-food nostalgia that only Privada would dare to capture in tobacco form. Retrohale shifts to white pepper, woody and bright, with lemon-lime soda undertones that keep things playful and refreshing.
-
Final Third: The cigar crescendos with white pepper, charred oak, lime zest, vanilla cream, and ginger. A clean, zesty finish leaves a lasting impression of both richness and originality.
Why It Belongs in Privada
The Bucket is part of Privada history. It represents our ability to create cigars that transcend tobacco and enter cultural conversation. By collaborating with AJ Fernandez, we’ve taken a once-viral phenomenon and elevated it into something timeless. This release is not about hype—it’s about heritage, playfulness, and innovation, delivered in a way only Privada can.
