Process & Profile
New Amsterdam Original Gin is a modern American gin crafted with a softer, more approachable profile than traditional London Dry styles. Distilled from a grain-based spirit, the gin is infused with a carefully selected blend of botanicals, with a deliberate emphasis on citrus over juniper. This results in a clean, smooth gin that’s designed to be versatile and easy to mix, appealing to both gin newcomers and cocktail-focused drinkers. The profile prioritizes balance and freshness, making it well-suited for contemporary cocktail applications.
