Monteleone Anthemis Etna Bianco 2023 is a refined and mineral-driven white wine grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. Pale straw in color, it opens with complex aromas of smoky minerality, lemon oil, white pepper, wax, and subtle cedar. The palate is medium-bodied and structured, offering layers of citrus, orchard fruit, and saline notes supported by firm, well-integrated acidity and a silky texture. Focused and elegant, it finishes long with a tight-knit, mineral-driven structure and persistent freshness.
Food Pairing: Shellfish, grilled fish, seafood risotto, fresh salads, or light Mediterranean dishes.
