The Lelit Steve PM20 is Lelit's compact single-dose-friendly espresso grinder, built around 64 mm flat burrs co-developed with Keber. It packs commercial-grade grinding into a 14 cm-wide footprint, which makes it one of the few 64 mm flat burr grinders that will actually sit beside a home machine without dominating the counter.
What makes the Steve PM20 worth a look
- 64 mm co-branded Keber flat burrs: Carbon-cemented for a long service life and a stable grind profile. Flat burrs at this diameter give you the clarity and repeatability espresso demands, and they hold their calibration far longer than a coated conical of the same price.
- Two grinding modes: Programmable dosing for single and double shots, plus grind-on-demand for up to 20 seconds when you're dialling in or grinding for filter.
- Stepped adjustment, Step 1.0: Repeatable click-to-click movement means you can walk a setting back to exactly where it was — useful when you're switching between two coffees rather than living on one.
- 7-segment LED display: Shows grind timer, dose setting and error messages, driven by two multifunction buttons. No menu diving.
- Direct portafilter activation: Push the basket against the support and it grinds. Hands stay on the portafilter, not on a button.
- Adjustable anti-static chute: Cuts clumping and static cling so more of what you grind ends up in the basket instead of on the counter.
- 2.5 g/s grind speed: An 18 g dose lands in roughly seven seconds — quick enough for back-to-back shots without the burrs heating up.
- Removable magnetic tray: Lifts off for cleaning and drops back into place on its own.
