Tasting notes: Baker Chocolate, Orange and Cane Sugar
Sunset Sipper redefines what decaf can be — versatile, vibrant, and anything but ordinary. Built around a sugarcane (EA) process decaf from Sebastián Ramírez and his team at El Placer, this coffee reflects their dedication to both experimental microlots and thoughtfully crafted, approachable offerings. Clean, sweet, and beautifully layered, it brings a refined clarity that makes it a standout in any decaf lineup.
In the cup, expect comforting notes of baker’s chocolate, bright orange, and smooth cane sugar. It shines as a filter coffee, while also revealing impressive depth and sweetness as espresso for those who like to explore its full potential. Whether enjoyed after dinner or throughout the day, Sunset Sipper is a playful yet polished decaf that proves versatility belongs in every cup.
