Código 1530 Blanco Tequila is an ultra-premium, unrested tequila crafted at Destiladora Código (NOM 1616) in Amatitán, Jalisco. Made using 100% fully matured estate-grown Blue Weber agave cooked in stainless steel ovens and fermented using organic baker's yeast, this unaged expression delivers a pure, crisp agave flavor profile with brilliant notes of fresh citrus, floral blossoms, and black pepper spice.
Food Pairing: Fresh ceviche, grilled shrimp tacos, oysters on the half shell, fish tostadas, guacamole, or goat cheese.
Tasting Notes : Crystal clear with bright silver highlights, offering a clean, silky, and medium-bodied mouthfeel.
Nose : Bright citrus peel (lemon and lime), fresh floral notes, mint, cooked agave, and a touch of black pepper.
Palate : Crisp and balanced with vibrant cooked agave, fresh lime zest, subtle minerality, light herbal notes, and warm pepper spice.
Finish : Clean, dry, and refreshing with lingering sweet agave, mineral notes, and soft white pepper warmth.
Serve : Serve neat at room temperature in a tequila glass or over a large ice cube, or as an elevated base for a Paloma or Tommy's Margarita.
