Brewery Overview
Behemoth Brewing Company is one of New Zealand's most celebrated independent craft breweries, renowned for creating bold, flavour-driven beers packed with character and personality. Founded in Auckland, Behemoth has built its reputation on producing hop-forward brews with big flavour and full body. The Responsibly range was developed to offer the same commitment to taste and quality in an alcohol-free format, allowing beer lovers to enjoy a craft beer experience without compromise.
Brewing Process
Behemoth Responsibly Non-Alc Hazy IPA is crafted using a blend of Pale Malt, Vienna Malt, Oats, Wheat and Carahell Malts to create a smooth, rounded mouthfeel. Generous additions of Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy and Riwaka hops provide layers of tropical fruit, citrus and juicy hop character, delivering the signature flavour profile expected from a modern Hazy IPA while remaining alcohol-free.
